Hello, my name is Will and I have been a professional Painter and Decorator for over 30 years. I moved from Hampshire to Bristol in 2006, where I still live with my wife, 3 children and 2 cats in St Werburghs. We home educate, and my wife and I both being self employed has enabled us to spend lots of time with our children while they are young, something that's felt very important to us.

I enjoy working for myself and building good relationships with the people I work for. I work on my own almost all of the time, and have connections with other trusted skilled painters and tradespeople who I sometimes collaborate with or will gladly signpost to when my diary is full.

Over the years I have developed my practice and honed technical skills which enable me to carry out work to a very high level, paying close attention to details, to transform living spaces in a way that I feel really proud of, and my clients are always pleased with. Helping people to feel good in the spaces they live in gives me great pleasure and huge satisfaction in my work. I pride myself on most of my bookings being word of mouth.

Believing that 'if a job's worth doing, it's worth doing properly' I am always looking to get the best finish I can, calling on the techniques I've mastered and often finding creative ways to overcome the many challenges that appear, often unexpectedly, in the variety of old and new properties that I work in.

When I am not brightening up people's homes with my paintbrush and roller, I enjoy time out in nature swimming or walking up hills, jumping in the sea, camping, cooking and eating good food, spending time with my family and dancing wildly at parties when I get the chance.
